Our village is blessed with historical and cultural heritage. Since ancient times, traditional festivals, yatras and social programs have been celebrated with great enthusiasm in the village. The village has experienced many social and developmental changes and today the village is progressing towards modern facilities.

Citizens from different communities live in harmony in the village. Mainly farming and business families reside here. The citizens of the village actively participate in education, sanitation and village development.

Agriculture is the main occupation of the village and is done in a modern way. Wheat, soybean, sugarcane, cotton and vegetables are produced on a large scale. Irrigation facilities and benefits of agricultural schemes are being provided to the farmers.

Development works like roads, water supply, sanitation and street lights are being carried out through the Gram Panchayat. Public places in the village are being beautified. Various projects are being implemented to provide better facilities to the citizens.

Websites and online facilities have been launched to make services easily available to citizens through digital medium. Many modern initiatives are being implemented under the Digital Village concept.
